We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Electrical Engineer/Project Manager. This dual role requires a strong technical background in electrical engineering combined with proven project management expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems, as well as leading and overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Engineering:

  • Design, develop, and test electrical systems, components, and equipment for various applications (e.g., power distribution, control systems, renewable energy integration, industrial automation).

  • Prepare detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and other engineering documentation.

  • Conduct power system analysis, fault calculations, and short-circuit studies.

  • Select appropriate electrical components, materials, and equipment based on project requirements, industry standards, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis on existing electrical systems and equipment.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams, technicians, and clients.

Project Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of electrical engineering projects.

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, budget forecasting, and risk management strategies.

  • Conduct regular project meetings, prepare status reports, and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.

  • 3 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering.

  • 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in an engineering or technical field.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex electrical systems.

  • Solid understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

  • Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, ETAP, SKM PowerTools, Revit).

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
