Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial leadership, with expertise in accounting, treasury, and financial planning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function, providing strategic guidance and support to the business. This includes developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The job requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality is also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
  • Lead the finance team to achieve operational excellence and efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • At least 15 years of experience in finance and accounting
  • 10+ years in a senior leadership role
