Marketing Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing engaging visual content, maintaining internal and external communication channels, and ensuring brand consistency across materials.

This is an exciting opportunity for a design-savvy professional who enjoys working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for designing and producing marketing assets such as event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, website visuals, and client presentation materials.

You will also manage and update content for internal platforms like the company intranet, support brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables, assist with the creation and layout of bid documents, and organize and maintain bid-related materials using tools like Monday.com.

  • Develop and produce high-quality marketing materials including event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, and website visuals.\
  • Manage and update content on internal platforms like the company intranet to ensure accuracy and relevance.\
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.\
  • Provide administrative and marketing support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.\
  • Strong English verbal and written skills.\
  • Experience as a Marketing or Design Coordinator.\
  • Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.\
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com or other similar software.\
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills ability to facilitate effective cross-team collaboration.
