Job Overview

Growth Marketing Coordinator Position Available

This role involves supporting growth marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including paid social media, paid search, display advertising, email marketing, and organic social media.

As a Growth Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in the execution of seasonal growth marketing campaigns, prepare creative assets and supporting documents for review, and coordinate with internal teams on campaign deliverables.

Additionally, you will monitor live campaign performance using dashboards and platform tools, update trackers and performance reports to highlight key metrics, and flag anomalies or underperformance for review and optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in Marketing channels such as paid social, PPC, and programmatic.
  • Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
