Job Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Offshore Support Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for managing workload, data entry, assignment tracking, managing inboxes, and operational/administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality service to all business units by delivering work quickly and efficiently, creating accurate and high-quality work products, and responding promptly to internal customers.
  • Processing and recording deal data accurately and timely.
  • Compiling and distributing regular reports for weekly update meetings.
  • Producing presentation materials under management and team lead guidance.
  • Maintaining consistency across company form documents.
  • Researching lease agreements and tenant data to generate summary reports.
  • Maintaining tenant design criteria manuals for assigned properties.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or data compilation roles.
  • Real Estate experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player with organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with commercial leasing language, retail lease agreements, and paralegal experience are advantageous.
  • Prior experience working U.S. hours and shifts is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc) and Google Suite skills.

This role requires residing in Metro Manila and Luzon areas.
