About the Role

As a Mid-Level Application Support Specialist, you'll be the first line of defense for business-critical applications — managing incidents, optimizing operations, and working closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Shift: Mid Shift

Salary: Up to PHP 120,000/month

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the stability of business applications and resolve support issues promptly
  • Ensure smooth release from dev to production environments
  • Proactively identify and automate repetitive manual support tasks
  • Manage escalations and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate on incident and problem management using ITIL practices
  • Work closely with engineering teams on CI/CD processes and release timelines
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in application support or similar roles
  • Strong hands-on skills in SQL scripting (joins, functions, stored procedures)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, GitLab)
  • Familiar with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure
  • Exposure to ITIL frameworks (incident, change, problem management)
  • Comfortable using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, SAFe)
