Job Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst position requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze data with creativity and innovation to provide reporting that helps make critical decisions about revenue, clients, and expense management.

This role involves conducting high-level analyses of revenue, cost of sales, client margins, SG&A expenses, and system data for historical trends, current operations, and future projections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze statistics and utilize accounting principles to evaluate past, present, and future operations, as well as revenues and expenditures.
  • Develop expertise in our projection model and update metrics necessary for accurate and timely projections.
  • Create financial models, prepare projections, and perform research and analysis on all aspects of finance and operations.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Finance to develop project plans and communicate progress.
Qualifications
  • Strong Excel skills to create complex analyses.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles related to general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience of at least 4 years of progressive duties.
  • Demonstrate ability to gather and analyze data from various organizational perspectives.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to read and write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and presentations.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues to influence and persuade others.
