Remote Digital Operations & Listings Specialist Job Summary

Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations & Listings Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity.
  • Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and optimization of listings across various platforms, including Airbnb and Booking.com.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing monthly reports detailing performance metrics, analyzing reservations and account development, and summarizing insights in clear concise reports.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Manage suspended listings, complaints, and appeals across multiple channels, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new listing setup and optimization processes, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
  • Design and update floorplans, maps, and marketing creatives using industry-leading software such as Illustrator and Canva.
Requirements
  • Prior experience with Airbnb, Booking.com (and ideally Guesty) is essential.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
  • Proven ability in listing creation, optimization, and issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with creative tools, pricing optimization, and platform integrations is a plus.
