Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager (PDM) to drive partner sourced revenue and create successful managed service provider relationships. As a PDM, you will identify, recruit, and onboard new MSPs, while nurturing existing partnerships to drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell strategies.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategy to identify and recruit high-value partners that will drive partner sourced pipeline and revenue for AvePoint.
  • Ensure that all MSPs are properly certified and enabled to sell and deliver AvePoint solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for partner success.
  • Provide exceptional account management to partners, delivering sales and service excellence.
  • Elevate AvePoint's presence within the partner ecosystem by evangelizing our value proposition and driving mindshare.
Success Metrics:
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential MSP partners, actively engaging in recruiting and onboarding activities.
  • Drive certification and enablement of MSPs, ensuring they have the necessary skills to sell and deliver AvePoint solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective GTM strategies, resulting in increased partner sourced revenue and pipeline growth.
  • Provide proactive account management support to partners, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Establish strong relationships with senior executives and owners within the partner community, fostering trust and driving mutual success.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales and/or partner development.
  • A successful track record of exceeding business development and booking goals.
  • Expertise in managing end-to-end partner enablement plans.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal direct sales & service teams to close deals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop business cases that drive mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on building trust with senior executives and owners within the partner community.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, handling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Fluency in both German and English communication skills.
