**Strategic Partnerships and Proposal Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnerships and Proposal Manager to join our team in the Philippines. This role will be responsible for leading a team in identifying and securing new opportunities in the development sector across ASEAN markets.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business development, proposal writing, or bid management within development consulting firms, NGOs, or multilateral organizations.
The Strategic Partnerships and Proposal Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging consultants, technical experts, and partner organizations for project bids.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage consultants, technical experts, and partner organizations for project bids.
- Develop and implement strategies to secure new opportunities in the development sector.
- Manage a team of researchers, proposal writers, and project coordinators, ensuring efficient proposal execution and knowledge sharing.
- Oversee the entire proposal process, ensuring high-quality and competitive submissions.
- Maintain a structured repository of project assets, reports, and case studies to support proposal development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, proposal writing, or bid management within development consulting firms, NGOs, or multilateral organizations.
- Strong understanding of public procurement processes in the development sector, including experience working on proposals for ADB, World Bank, UN agencies, GIZ, or similar organizations.
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple proposal efforts simultaneously.
- Proven ability to write winning proposals, with strong technical writing, budgeting, and presentation skills.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development across ASEAN markets.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage complex, multi-stakeholder proposal processes.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with an ability to identify funding trends and opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
