Job Overview

ESG Governance Specialist


This role focuses on establishing and implementing ESG governance in line with international sustainability standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an environmental and social management system (ESMS)
  • Manage and report ESG-related data, including key performance indicators (KPI), risk assessment, and mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure company compliance, capacity training, and business continuity
  • Enhance transparency and alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field; Master's degree in Sustainability or ESG-specific programs is preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in ESG compliance, project management, reporting, or database management, ideally within the energy industry
  • Strong background in IFC Performance Standards and ESG reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and regulatory requirements
  • Solid experience in environmental and social management system (ESMS) and data management software / reporting tools
  • Experience in environmental assessment tools/activities and program management (e.g. EIA/ESIA, biodiversity study, etc.)

Working Conditions
  • Willing to be assigned in Gapan, Nueva Ecija
  • Willing to accept a Project-based status
