Job Overview

Growth marketing analysts play a crucial role in supporting the execution of seasonal growth marketing campaigns across digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in campaign planning, creative asset preparation, and coordination with internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketing channels, including paid social, PPC, and programmatic. Additionally, they should possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in campaign planning and execution, ensuring accurate and consistent marketing materials and assets.
  • Prepare creative assets, links, and supporting documents for review and assist with file organization and brief formatting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on campaign deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any issues.
  • Monitor live campaign performance using dashboards and platform tools, updating trackers and performance reports as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in Marketing channels such as paid social, PPC, and programmatic.
  • Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting cross-functional teams.
Additional Information
  • This is a contractual, home-based job requiring eight (8) hours of full-time, five days a week.
  • No benefits are provided due to the contract nature.
  • Pay rate: USD 5.40 hourly.
  • Payment mode: Weekly via Upwork.
