Our team is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to drive growth through innovative marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include auditing current and prospective clients' marketing programs, crafting integrated marketing plans across channels, and collaborating with channel specialists to develop impactful marketing strategies.

">Responsibilities
  • Audit existing and potential client marketing campaigns and create holistic marketing blueprints that incorporate multiple channels.
  • Partner with specialists in various channels (programmatic, PR, SEO, affiliate, influencer, email) to design and implement effective marketing tactics.
  • Determine budget allocations by channel, medium, objective, and stage of the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with channel teams to ensure alignment with the overall plan.
  • Conduct research and analysis on potential clients, industries, competitors, ideal customer profiles, and market sentiment.
  • Predict and test projections to match budgets and business objectives.
Role Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in managing cross-channel marketing programs.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels.
  • Experience working with large sets of campaigns and/or clients (e.g., $100k+ spend per month per client).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms.
  • Familiarity with the broader marketing and media buying landscape.
  • Familiarity with earned media channels.
  • Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index.
  • Familiarity with Asana and Slack.

  • Production Appraisal Quantity (10+/month).
  • Win Rate (50%+).
  • Percentage of Appraised GP to Won GP (70%+).
