The role of a Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant involves creating visually appealing designs for various digital and print media. This includes web pages, brochures, logos, advertisements, and marketing materials.

Utilizing design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, the successful candidate will develop high-quality graphics that align with brand identity and client specifications.

This position requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation: Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, book covers, annual reports, and advertisements.
  • Tool Proficiency: Create designs by hand or using digital tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Visual Optimization: Select appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts to enhance visual appeal and readability.
  • Client Collaboration & Revision: Develop draft designs for client review and revise based on feedback.
  • Quality Assurance: Proofread and review final designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects while ensuring deadlines are met.

    • Visual Consistency: Ensuring visual appeal, readability, and brand consistency in all designs.
    • Effective Project Management: Managing the design process from concept development to final approval and delivery.
    • Collaboration with Clients: Collaborating closely with clients to meet design specifications and incorporate feedback.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Design Skills: Proficient in using Adobe products (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Photo Editing: Excellent photo editing skills.
  • Aesthetic Sensitivity: A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Time Management: Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Character Traits: Good character and willingness to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.
  • Work Experience: Minimum one year of relevant graphic design experience.
  • Availability: Available for full-time work.
