Visual Marketing Specialist

Overview

As a Visual Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in helping us develop creative concepts that support our business objectives. You will be responsible for designing and producing visually compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, social media assets, email templates, and event materials.

Profile Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a marketing or corporate communications environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Understanding of brand identity principles and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple formats.
  • Experience managing projects involving external vendors such as printers, agencies, and photographers.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with preparing print-ready and digital assets, including knowledge of production processes and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that support business objectives.
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ensure all creative work maintains brand consistency across all platforms and channels.
  • Provide creative input and recommendations to improve the visual impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
