Graphic Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with pre-designed templates to create engaging marketing materials and editing videos for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Template Customization: Customize and edit pre-designed templates for marketing materials, social media posts, real estate flyers, and presentations.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all materials by following established design guidelines.
  • Graphic Optimization: Resize and optimize graphics for different digital and print platforms.
  • Template Management: Organize and maintain a structured library of templates and digital assets.
Video Editing (Optional):
  • Basic Video Editing: Perform basic video editing such as trimming, adding text overlays, transitions, and background music.
  • Video Optimization: Optimize videos for social media, training materials, and promotional content.
  • Platform Formatting: Format videos for multiple platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Tight Deadlines: Work within tight deadlines to deliver high-quality video content.
Project & Workflow Management:
  • Multitasking: Handle multiple design and video requests simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Timely Completion: Ensure all projects are completed on time and accurately.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate with the marketing team to ensure content meets expectations and deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance: Follow detailed instructions and provide quick turnarounds without sacrificing quality.
Requirements:

Proficiency in Canva with experience editing and modifying templates is essential.

Basic video editing experience using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software is required.

Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows is necessary.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential.

A fast and stable internet connection (minimum 150 Mbps download/upload speed) is required.
