About the Job

As a proactive online support specialist, you'll be instrumental in creating an exceptional customer experience by engaging with users on various platforms. You'll be responsible for crafting valuable self-service content that showcases your technical expertise and represents our company values.

This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You'll be an expert in resolving customer queries, creating engaging content, and collaborating with internal teams to drive product improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through online platforms such as community forums and social media.
  • Create high-quality self-service content that addresses common issues and provides solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify areas for product improvement and implement changes.
  • Moderate and verify community content to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Collect and relay user feedback to inform product development.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT security concepts, including antivirus, networking, and encryption technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of online communities and social media platforms.
  • Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with remediation of malware/viruses/Trojans.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of cloud, data protection, encryption, malware, spyware, cyber security, firewalls, antivirus, and disaster recovery.
