Expert Digital Marketing Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical expertise and support to our virtual marketing teams.

This role requires flexibility and availability across rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as assigned by the business.

The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot issues in various digital marketing tools, create how-to resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time support to team members via internal chat
  • Troubleshoot issues in digital marketing tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, and Mailchimp
  • Assist in escalation of critical issues during peak periods
  • Create knowledge resources to address gaps in understanding
  • Collaborate with teams to improve processes and systems
Requirements
  • 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing, VA support, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp
  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as required
