Job Description

We're seeking a visionary Influencer Marketing Strategist to develop innovative marketing plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

  • Create influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and measurable KPIs.
  • Source and engage influencers who resonate with our brand, target audience, and campaign goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team.
  • Provide creative direction and review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand identity and campaign messaging.
  • Use analytics tools to measure performance, generate reports, and optimize future marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in influencer marketing with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • A creative and passionate mindset for digital marketing, brand storytelling, and campaign innovation.
