Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will lead the development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. You will analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns for improved results, and manage budgets for all paid media efforts.
- Leverage data analysis and market research to identify target audiences and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics and track campaign success, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Implement SEO and search optimization strategies to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
To excel in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, business, or a related field, accompanied by over 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media campaigns. Desired skills include experience in a digital marketing agency setting, certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
