Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead and optimize our marketing automation initiatives. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and enhancing automated marketing campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage and enhance Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure seamless integration and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce for marketing activities, fostering a single customer view.
- Maintain high-quality database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation to safeguard against data breaches and reputational damage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus) and familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping principles.
