Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 10-12 Customer Support Engineers, guiding them towards successful execution of customer journeys.
  • Monitor and improve support quality through coaching, CSAT follow-ups, and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering Managers to ensure high-quality customer service delivery.

Achievements: Ensure SLA adherence, career development, and successful customer interactions.
