We are seeking a skilled Marketing Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will engage with healthcare partners, introduce them to solutions that reduce burnout and improve patient outcomes.
This position requires a blend of relationship outreach, market research, and client engagement. You will connect with healthcare providers, spark interest in our platform, and schedule introductory conversations for our teams to showcase how we can support better patient care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reaching out to healthcare organizations through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Researching prospects to personalize outreach and identify opportunities.
- Coordinating introductory meetings for the client success and sales teams.
- Tracking outreach activities and sharing insights to improve future campaigns.
You are expected to possess:
- A strong ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and social media.
- Curiosity and resourcefulness in researching prospects and identifying opportunities.
- Organizational skills, proactivity, and motivation to meet engagement goals.
- Comfort with feedback and a willingness to refine your outreach strategies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with HubSpot.
- Fluency in English.
Bonus points if you have experience engaging clinical decision-makers or knowledge of healthcare, SaaS, or AI solutions.
