We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging training materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make recommendations for improvement.
Work Environment: This is a full-time, remote position.
Requirements:- Proven experience in training or instructional design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with virtual training platforms.
- Competitive salary range: PHP 18,000 - PHP 23,000 per month.
- Basic HMO, leave credits, and other incentives.
