The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying prospects, setting appointments, and presenting tailored proposals that align with business objectives.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
Driving new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients in the B2B sector
Conducting market research to identify prospects, industries, and opportunities for growth
Performing outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads and secure appointments
Preparing and delivering proposals and presentations to prospective clients
Collaborating with internal teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth sales process
Leveraging AI tools to enhance lead generation, outreach, and reporting
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Proven work experience as a Business Development or in a similar sales-focused role
Solid background in sales and marketing, with B2B experience strongly preferred
Proven expertise in lead generation and appointment setting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with AI tools for sales/marketing automation is a strong plus
Experience working with North American clients is an advantage
Knowledge of the Plastic Industry is a plus
