We're seeking an expert in customer engagement to join our team as an Outbound Sales Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, re-igniting interest in services offered by our partners.

Job Overview

This is a remote opportunity that requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work independently. You'll be working closely with internal sales teams to drive growth and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and aging leads, re-engaging them in our services.
  • Listen to concerns and address objections, providing clear and confident messaging to move prospects forward.
  • Reschedule missed or canceled consultations and keep detailed notes logged in the CRM.
  • Act as the first point of contact for quality assurance, ensuring leads feel heard and supported throughout the process.
Requirements:
  • Sales-driven mindset with excellent English communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in call center, telemarketing, or inside sales environments.
  • Professional persistence and strong objection handling skills.
  • CRM fluency and ability to work with a curated database of pre-qualified contacts.
