Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team.

  • Responsible for business-to-business telemarketing, prospecting, and appointment setting.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential customers.
  • Make a minimum of 200 dials per day.
  • Set a minimum of 5 initial appointments for Account Managers weekly.

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for the company. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate new leads through telemarketing and prospecting activities.
  2. Build relationships with potential customers and identify their needs and pain points.
  3. Work closely with Account Managers to set appointments and ensure successful handoffs.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience preferably in a business-to-business setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
