Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging animated content for marketing campaigns, product explainers, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design high-quality animated videos and motion graphics for various platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop animated content that communicates key messages and drives user engagement.
  • Animate static design assets to create dynamic visual experiences.
  • Edit footage and integrate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to create polished video content.
  • Ensure all motion design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Optimize motion graphics and video content for different platforms with platform-specific requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest animation trends and software.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
  • At least 1 year hands-on experience in motion design for iGaming, US Sweepstakes Casino, or Social Casino.
  • Experience in creating motion graphics for SaaS products is critical.
  • Expert skills in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro; strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator; 3D designing skills required.
  • Solid understanding of animation timing, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Creativity and attention to detail with high-quality visual content.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and clearly articulate design rationale.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Production, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
