Junior Multimedia Artist

Position Overview

As a Junior Multimedia Artist, you will work as part of a creative team to produce high-quality visual content across various digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for graphic design, animation, and video editing who is looking to grow and refine their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating static graphics, motion graphics, and videos for marketing, branding, and promotional purposes.
• Support senior team members in developing visual concepts and executing multimedia projects.
• Edit and enhance multimedia content, including photos, videos, and audio.
• Collaborate with artists, writers, and developers to ensure cohesive and high-quality output.
• Edit graphics and animations based on feedback from the Senior Multimedia Artists, Brand Manager, and Creative Director.
• Adhere to brand guidelines while experimenting with innovative visual styles and techniques.
• Manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Remain composed and professional when addressing constructive feedback or challenges during project execution.
• Participate in campaign shoots when needed, contributing technical expertise and creative input.
• Support live streamers with technical setup, content production, and troubleshooting during live events.

Qualifications

• A degree or certification in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• 1-2 years of professional experience in multimedia design and production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work.
• Basic knowledge of 2D/3D animation or motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to projects.
• Preferably residing in Bacoor, Cavite, and willing to work on-site at the office.
