Marketing Creative Lead

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Creative Lead to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact creative design briefs across our marketing and sales divisions.

You'll work closely with our growth team to prioritize projects, manage deadlines, and ensure high-quality delivery. This role requires strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating impactful visuals that drive results.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in marketing design or a related field, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video/animation editing tools. They will also have a keen analytical mind, able to optimize design for performance using data-driven insights.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative design briefs for marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to align visuals with campaign goals
  • Manage multiple fast-moving projects with tight deadlines
  • Stay updated on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging platforms

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Must have animation creation and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and creative requirements for each
  • Experience working with website graphics and design in a B2B environment
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
