Sales Data Analyst Job Description

  • The Sales Insights and Analytics team at RingCentral is looking for a Sales Data Analyst who will be responsible for working across multiple departments to support business process implementation and redesign initiatives.

  • This analyst will start primarily conducting ad hoc or batch updates on the accounts in Salesforce that will adhere to the Sales Rules of Engagement within the organization. Perform ETL process to update data in Salesforce.

  • The role requires database manipulation, data wrangling, analytical skills, project management skills, and the ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in business process design, and documentation, or similar work experience.

  • Basic knowledge/skills in SQL or Python, desired experience in Salesforce.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills.
