  • Reporting & Analysis:

Assist in creating sales performance reports for management.

Use tools like Excel or Google Sheets to generate data summaries and visualizations.

Identify basic sales trends and patterns to support informed decision-making.

  • Sales Performance Tracking:

Monitor sales performance by region, store, or individual sales representative.

Assist in tracking sales targets and quotas.

  • Market Research Support:

Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities.

Provide information to keep the sales team informed about industry changes.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team and other departments to support reporting needs.

Assist in preparing materials for team presentations or sales meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience or recent graduates/interns in data analysis or sales support are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables) and Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Will ingness to learn and develop analytical skills.
  • Able to start immediately.
