We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Sales Engineering team as a Sales Engineer Business Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional product demonstrations and client experiences by managing demo site data, coordinating schedules, and maintaining an online knowledge base.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Manage Demo Sites: Ensure demo sites are up-to-date with realistic, simulated brokerage data and are fully functional at all times.
- Schedule and Coordinate: Coordinate Sales Engineering team schedules and demo availability, optimize demo scheduling to maximize efficiency, and manage internal calendars.
- Knowledge Base Maintenance: Keep the Sales Engineering knowledge base updated with new product information, demo methodologies, and troubleshooting guides.
- Bug Tracking and Communication: Identify, submit, and track bugs affecting demos, communicate issues and resolutions to both the Product team and Sales Engineers.
- Sales Engineering Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Engineering team, including creating materials for demos and managing schedules.
- Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to the demo preparation workflow and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to interpret and analyze data to drive insights and inform business decisions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to craft clear and concise high-level tickets.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in a customer success, client services, or administrative role within a SaaS or technology environment.
