
Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels.
You will work closely with internal teams to resolve client inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and drive customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Efficiently handling incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels, including collaboration tools like Slack.
- Recording and maintaining detailed client information, ensuring excellent client relations and problem resolution.
- Scheduling and coordinating visits with nurses, ensuring accurate and timely appointments.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining records, and performing data entry using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and internal databases.
- Processing payments via platforms such as Stripe and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Assisting with coordinating events and special initiatives as needed.
- Maintaining supply inventory and utilizing multiple screens to perform tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Tracking and resolving issues, ensuring proper escalation to meet internal and external expectations.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement and recommending changes to enhance customer experience.

- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in office administration, customer service, or related fields.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and other office tool applications.
- Fluency in English with excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience in call center environments and sales is highly valued.
- An ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers, both verbally and in written form.
- Familiarity with payment processing platforms (e.g., Stripe) and tech tools.
- Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications.
- Intermediate understanding of common Customer Experience best practices.
We prefer candidates with:
- Background in sales and client relations.
- Prompt and punctual, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack).
- Quick typing skills and experience managing tasks across multiple screens.
