Quality Assurance Professional

Job Purpose: We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional to join our cross-functional team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in creating comprehensive test plans and strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Test complex software systems developed in agile environments, identifying defects and providing thorough analysis of root causes.
  • Develop Test Strategies and QA procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Development teams to engage in robust requirements review and story refinement, ensuring quality practices are adhered to.
  • Coordinate testing efforts with team members to guarantee timely completion and communicate results effectively.
  • Analyze, maintain, and track defects for testing, escalating issues or obstacles appropriately and timely.
  • Validate conformance to requirements and acceptance criteria, summarizing testing results for project team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role, with strong understanding of the QA process and collaboration with Development teams.
  • Basic knowledge of Katalon Automation, AWS, and SQL, with experience in project management and QA methodology.
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors, possess strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge to troubleshoot potential issues; experience with best practices around database operations, decision-making, and stress handling.
