Automated Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Lead to spearhead our quality assurance strategy, driving reliability, performance, and scalability of web and software products.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across multiple projects.
- Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts simulating end-to-end user interactions across various platforms.
- Monitor automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles remain efficient and reliable.
- Analyze test results and quality metrics, preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation.
- Maintain and enhance automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.
- Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
The ideal candidate possesses at least 5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing, as well as at least 1 year of experience leading a team. They should have knowledge of testing, verification, and validation techniques to ensure software quality.
