Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our digital projects meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and test completed work to identify defects, inconsistencies, or usability issues.

  • Log and track bugs in project management tools, providing clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.

  • Identify not only task-specific defects but also related side issues that could impact project quality.

  • Ensure issues are addressed before delivery to clients.

  • Liaise directly with clients to assess incoming support requests, clarifying requirements where needed.

  • Translate client feedback into actionable tasks for development teams.

  • Prioritize and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution.

  • Track project progress and update relevant stakeholders.

  • Communicate clearly with clients throughout the process.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients. Experience in project management or coordination is a plus.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in manual QA, ideally within a digital environment.

  • Strong familiarity with project management tools.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to think beyond the immediate task.

  • Proactive in identifying issues before they are raised by clients.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in project management or coordination.

  • Familiarity with web technologies and basic HTML/CSS concepts.
