Job Title: QA Specialist - Dressing Plant

Location: Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental

Employment Type: Full-Time (Shifting Schedule)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a QA Specialist to ensure compliance with quality standards in food production. The ideal candidate will have experience in HACCP, GMP/SSOP, and food handling, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct process audits and issue Corrective Action Requests to process owners.
  • Perform random sampling using the military standard table based on the identified AQL.
  • Evaluate product quality and process effectiveness, identifying disadvantages and proposing improvements.
  • Develop and implement QA plans and control procedures to ensure work-in-progress and finished goods meet quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP/SSOP, and food handling regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's in Food Technology or a related field.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist.
  • Proficiency in HACCP, GMP/SSOP, and food handling.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
