We are seeking an expert in Employee Relations to join our Global ER Team.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting complex, sensitive, and time-critical ER investigations, partnering with HR colleagues and business managers to implement strategies and plans that develop and maintain a high-performing work environment.

This role will consult on ER matters, provide effective advice, resolution, and remediation. The employee will consult on arbitration, mediation, legal proceedings, and fair employment practices.

Main Responsibilities
  • Consult on complex ER matters and provide effective advice, resolution, and remediation.
  • Document investigative paths, recommendations, and resolutions; write investigative summaries in a clear, concise, and legally defensible manner.
  • Conduct climate assessments using inclusive investigative skills to identify underlying issues.
  • Engage control partners, including Legal, Compliance, and HR colleagues, to resolve serious work situations.
  • Execute a robust risk and controls agenda.
  • Provide ER learning sessions and reporting to address emerging trends and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Law, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of HR experience in the shared services/BPO industry focusing on end-to-end employee relations case management.
  • Knowledgeable of HR practices and the financial impact of HR decisions.
  • Understanding of Asia Pacific employment and labor laws.

Preferred qualifications include strong investigation, consulting, and problem resolution experience, ability to influence all employee levels, critical thinking, data analytics, and judgment to make fact-based decisions.
