Job Description

The Office Secretary role at Silverdab Corporation involves providing administrative support to the Executive Management team. This includes greeting and assisting visitors, screening phone calls, and taking detailed minutes during meetings.

You will also be responsible for organizing schedules of drivers and vehicle assignments, preparing regularly scheduled reports, and ensuring the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.

Additionally, you will provide general support to the O&M Administrator in handling requests and queries and receive administrative-related invoices for review and forwarding to the Accounting Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Executive Management team
  • Preparing regularly scheduled reports
  • Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
  • Organizing schedule of drivers and vehicle assignments
  • Providing general support to the O&M Administrator in handling requests and queries
  • Receiving admin-related invoices for review and forwarding to the Accounting Team
