We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Supply Chain Sales Executive to join our team at RCX Recruitment Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing and marketing our company's product and services to international markets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Acquiring corporate customers, focusing on large private players in the industry as well as Project Business;
  • Maintaining market knowledge and identifying new business development opportunities to support revenue growth;
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets for the sector in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea) for both Import and Export Markets, Transport and Container Division Business;
  • Promoting and selling services to existing or potential clients to expand customer database;
  • Gathering market intelligence, comprehending competitor activities, and identifying new business opportunities;


Requirements




  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably majoring in business administration, marketing, logistics, and/or supply chain management;
  • At least 2 years of working experience related to the shipping or logistics industry is required for this position;
  • Strong industry knowledge, logistics requirements, market trends, and proven sales track record;
  • Open communication, understanding of multinational communication structure;
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Good computer proficiency in MS Office and ability to deliver presentations tailored to client needs;
