JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving client acquisition, managing sales inquiries, and supporting business development activities. This role focuses on identifying and closing new opportunities while also providing administrative support for ongoing projects and assisting the CEO in client engagements. The Sales Associate will serve as a key representative of the company in building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. This role plays a key part in supporting Q Meccanica's mission to expand clean energy adoption in the Philippines and abroad.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Identifying and approaching new clients in solar PV, battery, and EV projects

Supporting the CEO in meetings, proposals, and negotiations

Responding to inquiries and managing client relationships

Earning commissions on closed projects

(plus other tasks to support sales operations and company initiatives)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related role (junior-level applicants are welcome).
  • Must be comfortable engaging with clients through in-person meetings and online platforms.
  • Must have own laptop and reliable internet connection.
  • Must be based in Metro Manila, preferably Caloocan or nearby cities.
  • Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings when required.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the renewable energy, construction, or related industries.
  • Preferred: Experience using social media or CRM tools for lead generation and sales tracking.
