Customer Service Representative Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer experience and support our customers across the globe.

This position will focus on delivering top-notch services during EMEA time zones. You will be an expert on all aspects of our services, able to assist with the most challenging inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support customers by email and phone with their inquiries on a day-to-day basis.
  2. Manage customer expectations appropriately and always follow up on promises and time commitments.
  3. Accurately log all customer communications in our ticket tracking system.
  4. Understand customer business processes and software system processes and their relationships.
  5. Complete regular tasks for customers such as report creation.
  6. Ensure reported defects are thoroughly tested, replicated and documented.
  7. Work closely with our development support team to resolve incidents timely and within service level agreements.
  8. Update internal and customer facing knowledge base with new support articles, videos and training material.
  9. Able to occasionally travel and visit customers.

  4. You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  5. You can exercise problem-solving skills creatively and systematically.
  6. You demonstrate great attention to detail, and are an organized thinker.
  7. You have strong technical, software, internet experience.
  8. You are available for rotational on-call After Hours Support.
  9. You have 3+ years of customer/technical service experience.

Nice To Have:

  1. You have knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Microsoft Excel.
  2. You have experience in supply-chain, logistics or manufacturing.
  3. You are multilingual.
