Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Applications Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support and guidance to our clients, ensuring they have access to our applications and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, developing and maintaining knowledge of our business applications, and working closely with our development teams to ensure seamless integration.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our business applications
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Participate in the testing and release process for new and improved applications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in IT or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (e.g. Dot Net)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
