Senior Drafting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to provide remote drafting, design, and project coordination support.
Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with our design team to produce accurate drawings, compelling visualizations, and organized project documentation in Revit.
- Prepare 3D visualizations and renderings using Enscape or similar rendering software.
- Update permit drawings in compliance with U.S. standards.
- Work exclusively in imperial units for all drawings and documentation.
- Maintain drawing standards, accuracy, and version control.
- Assist in zoning/code analysis and compile documentation for permitting, bids, or client submissions.
- Support in preparing client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with team members via online collaboration platforms.
- Track project deadlines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Manage project schedules and timelines.
- Organize and maintain project files, templates, and cloud-based folders.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned action items.
- Conduct research on codes, products, and design references.
- Prepare and send project updates to internal teams or clients.
- Support in responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Integrate client feedback into design and documentation workflows.
