Lead Product Strategist

 

You will lead the development of our product from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets our goals and objectives, while driving innovation and ensuring success.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaboration: Work with stakeholders and engineers to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Customer Feedback: Listen to customer feedback and analyze user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Idea Presentation: Strategize and present product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively update them on progress.
  • Requirements Definition: Create product specifications and user stories, working closely with engineers and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Prioritization: Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Coaching: Coach and mentor other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.
  • Product Metrics: Acquire a deep understanding of the product, track product metrics to measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or any similar role).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and in growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of the principles and psychology behind good UX.
