Job Title: Digital Community Strategist

As a strategic and driven digital community strategist, you will be responsible for building and growing an active, engaged online community from the ground up. Your goal is to create a space where digital marketers connect, learn, and grow together.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a content strategy tailored to digital marketers, including creating engaging content that drives discussion and connection.
  • Foster meaningful engagement by initiating conversations, responding to inquiries, and amplifying user-generated content.
  • Monitor and moderate community spaces to ensure a positive, inclusive, and spam-free environment.
  • Analyze growth and engagement metrics, and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance.
  • Closely collaborate with marketing teams to align community-building efforts with brand positioning and campaign initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community management or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of growing online communities from less than 1,000 to 10,000+ members—ideally in marketing, tech, or creator spaces.
  • Hands-on experience managing communities on popular social media platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, lingo, and challenges.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to connect with audiences in a friendly yet professional tone.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide community strategies.
