Accounting Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional with a strong track record of leadership to fill this key position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the company's financial operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and ensure they are accurate, timely, and comply with accounting standards.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data, identify trends, and prepare reports summarizing the financial position of the organization.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Coordinate and oversee budgeting processes and forecasts and assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Manage tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns for review by external advisors.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting best practices, organizational policies and procedures, and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of seven years post-CPA qualification experience required. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking, writing, comprehension) are essential. University degree with an average score of 80% or higher; transcript required.
  • Experience in fund administration is a must-have, preferably within financial services or fund management companies. This includes investment operations, specifically fund administration and reporting on real estate investments.
