We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide top-notch administrative, financial, and project management support to our team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a virtual executive assistant role, with strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency. They will be responsible for drafting reports, managing confidential data, assisting with financial analysis, and gradually transitioning into a Chief of Staff-type role to help optimize business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, proofread, and edit business documents, reports, and memos
- Maintain databases, records, and confidential files
- Act as the first point of contact for the executive when needed
- Ensure the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all activities
- Assist with basic financial modeling and data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets
- Write monthly executive reports
- Help track budgets, expenses, and operational KPIs
- Support invoice processing, vendor management, and procurement
- Assist in building and refining internal business processes and workflows
- Take ownership of special projects that drive business growth and efficiency
- Assist in researching and implementing new tools and processes
- Develop an understanding of company strategy and assist with planning initiatives
- Gradually take on Chief of Staff responsibilities, helping to streamline operations and optimize executive bandwidth
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, writing, proofreading, and editing abilities, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
