Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expert to join our team. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting support to product-focused teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Product Marketing and Product Development teams.
  • Deliver actionable insights through advanced analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends.
  • Assist in developing robust business cases for new product initiatives in collaboration with Product Managers.
  • Play an active role in the budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions.
  • Compile and assess monthly financial commentary to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and clearly presented.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to aid strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Manage and continuously improve financial models and reporting tools to support effective analysis.
  • Work closely with Financial Control and Business Support teams to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline month-end processes, and strengthen internal controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with strong interest in building career in finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling) and preferably experience using SAP and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret large data sets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Driven and detail-oriented with consistently producing accurate, high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to pursue professional qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA to support career development.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills with proactive and structured approach to tasks.
  • Collaborative mindset with professionalism, innovation, and continuous improvement attitude ideally with background in FP&A or similar role.
